A travelling workshop: we explain brain–computer interfaces in plain language, put the equipment on the participants — and by the end of the session they are lifting objects with their minds.
How it goes
First, briefly and without jargon: what a brain–computer interface is, what it actually reads, and why it is not telepathy. Then the equipment goes on the participants’ heads and the talking stops — the hands-on part begins.
What participants do
Everyone sees their own signal on screen and learns to steer it. Then comes the object that rises while you hold your concentration. That is the moment the whole thing exists for: seeing with your own eyes that your brain controls something outside your body.
Who it is for
Schools and universities, science festivals, corporate events. I come with my own equipment — the venue only needs a table and a socket.
